Terms of Service

1. Engagement Model & Sprints

Nuvox operates as an independent digital product development studio delivering fixed-scope engineering sprints. Scope boundaries, milestone deliverables, and timelines are agreed upon prior to sprint kickoff.

2. Intellectual Property Ownership

Clients maintain full intellectual property ownership of all custom source code, database architectures, and design assets created for their project upon receipt of final milestone payment and handover pursuant to the specific engagement agreement. Everything is transferred cleanly via Git repository handover with zero proprietary vendor lock-in.

3. NUVOX 21 Initiative Terms

The NUVOX 21 initiative provides interactive frontend concept prototypes at ₹0 with zero financial commitment. Production databases, live backend infrastructure, automated workflows, and production hosting are explicitly excluded from NUVOX 21 demos.
